Panda Express reached out to Heights Venture to design the prototype for their newest prototype buildings. This project is part of the "Panda Home" line, incorporating classical Chinese features such as angled roof lines and garden moongates.

The roughly 2,700 sqft building opened in May of 2023, and was an instant success both within Panda Express and within the community. This building was so successful that the design has been expanded and distributed across the United States.
