Panda Express - Overland park, KS

Overland Park was a very detailed jurisdiction, and presented many design challenges that needed to be addressed by customizing the latest Panda Home prototype. The result was a unique all-brick building with a public sculpture that connected the Chinese moongate to the City's original flag.

While the interior of the building did not change dramatically, requirements for exterior glazing, public connection/amenities, and material restrictions resulted in a modern restaurant that still respected the traditions held by the City of Overland Park.
