Established on a theoretical site, the Billboard Project was based off of an existing billboard frame and a client. Programs needed to accommodate career based living and working spaces while minimally impacting the existing frame of the billboard. Specifically, this project
was designed for a painter with a need for a small gallery.

While there was no real world site, design considerations were based around the highway beneath the billboard, the path of the sun, and the application of a living space doubling as signage. Procession up to the building itself was not critical to the project, however circulation on
and around the frame was another consideration.
